Our plan entails not only preserving the rich heritage of the farm, but also incorporating additional recreational facilities that will enhance the community’s overall quality of life.

The Key Elements Of Our Proposal

Recreational Facilities

1. Develop a club that includes indoor and outdoor pickleball courts, catering to the growing demand for the popular sport in our neighborhood.
2. Construct a concession stand and clubhouse offering a variety of food and beverage options, creating a convenient and enjoyable experience for club members.
3. Develop a boutique-style event space adjacent to the Pickleball courts, catering to various social and community gatherings.
4. Establish a small office space to facilitate administrative tasks, membership management, and community engagement initiatives.

Revitalization of the Historical Farm

1. Restore and preserve the existing historical farm, maintaining its original architectural features and charm.
2. Implement necessary renovations to ensure the safety, functionality, aesthetic, and longevity of the structures.

Amenities and Services

1. Provide well-maintained indoor and outdoor pickleball courts, meeting the highest standards of playability and safety.
2. Organize community events, tournaments, and social gatherings to promote camaraderie.
3. Create a comfortable environment for members within the club house through amenities offered.
4. Offer summer camp programs and hands on learning experiences for children.
5. Offer job opportunities for our local teenagers and young adults.
